GlowPicks does not ask for, store, or process any of the following:

• Account registration, logins, or passwords
• Contact forms, surveys, or newsletter sign-ups
• Checkout, billing, or payment details — all purchases are completed on Amazon, not on this site
• Cookies or scripts used to identify you personally

The only data this site loads is public product information — name, price, category, image, and an Amazon link — fetched from our own /api/products endpoint to render the picks on the homepage. That request does not include or transmit any personal information about you.

One exception, for transparency: this site remembers your light/dark display preference using a single entry in your browser's local storage (glowpicks-theme). That value never leaves your device, is not sent to our servers, and is not linked to your identity in any way.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic to this site — for example, how many people visit and which pages are popular. It is built to be privacy-first:

• It does not use cookies or any browser storage
• It does not track you across other websites
• Visit counts are derived from a hashed combination of IP address and user agent, computed server-side and never stored in identifiable form

Because this method does not store personal identifiers or place tracking technology in your browser, no cookie-consent banner is required or shown on this site.

GlowPicks is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.com. When you click a product link on this site and make a qualifying purchase, GlowPicks may earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you.

We only feature products we believe are genuinely worth including; affiliate commissions never affect the price you pay.

Browsing GlowPicks involves a small number of third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Amazon — destination for every product link; Amazon may set its own cookies and collect data once you land on amazon.com
• Pinterest — our Pinterest catalog is linked from the footer; Pinterest's own privacy and cookie policy applies once you visit pinterest.com
• Cloudflare — hosts this site and provides the cookieless analytics described above

We do not share any data with these third parties beyond what naturally happens when you click a link and leave GlowPicks.

Because GlowPicks does not collect, store, or process personal data on its own servers, there is generally no personal data held by us for you to access, correct, or delete under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). Any data collection that does occur happens on third-party sites (Amazon, Pinterest, Cloudflare) once you leave GlowPicks, and is governed by their respective privacy policies and your rights with those companies directly.
